If parents or carers have a concern about the Headteacher, they should follow the school’s complaints procedure by contacting the Chair of Governors directly. Concerns can be shared in writing via the school office, marked confidential for the Chair of Governors, or by using the contact details provided on our governance page. The Chair of Governors will review the concern promptly and ensure it is handled fairly, transparently, and in line with statutory guidance. We encourage families to raise issues as early as possible so that we can work together to resolve them.

Out of School Hours:

 

 

 

 

If a parent or carer has an urgent safeguarding concern about a child outside of school hours, they should contact Worcestershire Children’s Services directly on the Family Front Door (01905 822 666). If they believe a child is in immediate danger, they must call the police on 999. Parents can also use the NSPCC helpline (0808 800 5000) for advice or to report concerns. Although the school may not be able to respond instantly out of hours, parents can still email the safeguarding team, and the Designated Safeguarding Lead will follow up as soon as possible during the next school day.
