Endeavour Schools Trust governance is constituted by representatives from its member schools at Trust and Director level, with each school operating its own Local Governing Body. 

 Each school has its own Chair of Governors who are also Directors, ensuring that information is passed both up and down between the boards. The Chairs meet regularly with individual school Headteachers to keep abreast of the schools on every level. They lead Local Governing Body meetings at least termly, alongside this individual governors all have link roles and visit school to verify systems, processes and standards.
